Fair Electoral Maps Meeting in January

Janesville League of Women Voters invite their members and the general public to a Zoom meeting on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. The Wisconsin Fair Maps Coalition want to hear ideas from fellow citizens and need their energy to get the word out. The Wisconsin Fair Maps Coalition brought a temporary end to gerrymandering in Wisconsin, thanks to grassroots people power. But the fairer voting district maps are a temporary fix to the long-term problem of partisan gerrymandering. 

Only a constitutional amendment can assure Wisconsin voters that our voting maps will remain fair and reflect the values of their constituents.
